Reservation and refund policies


Kindly note about procedure of reservation and cancellation of apartments.

Reservation

Please make in advance reservations via our website to assure room availability. A deposit 50% is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. The rest of the payment can be done 1 week before your arrival. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.

After we get the deposit you will receive an email confirming the reservation, which will act as proof of the reservation. 

Deposit

To confirm your reservations we ask from you a deposit equal 50% of the entire stay and 50% of extra services which you will book. We accept only bank transfer. For alternate arrangements, please contact us. 

In case that you want to pay all amount in advance you will get discount 5%.

Changes

In case of any changes (dates/names/apartment) is possible to change with administration charge fee,  which is 30€/booking. 

However you will be charged any price difference between the original fare paid and the lowest total price available on your new booking. Please note that if the fare/fees on the new booking is lower, no refund will be made.

Cancellation

For cancellation you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged the cost of the whole reservation or earlier paid deposit. 
 
Exception:  

If you booked direct through our webpage (or Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/VK), and you can not come - you'll get a  voucher, which will be valid 12 months from your booking date.(Valid only for all inclusive packages)

Non-arrival (No Show)

If you fail to arrive at the AlGreco on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
For exception: send us a notice 1 month  in advance. 

Occupancy

Normal occupancy is two people per room. Additional persons are not allowed.

Payment option

For payment you can use:

Bank Transfer

We don't accept cards (visa -MasterCard-any).

Reasons:

1. We don't like to pay commission!!! Do you ?

2. From our past experience, cards include sensitive data, and this data, are easily for hackers to decoded.

3. That's why we accept the 100% safe method, bank transfer and cash.



Regulation and rules 

For convenient stay of our guests we have developed following rules:
1. Check-in time starts from 14:00. After this time you can come any time, because we offer automatic check-in. We will storage your keys to the safety box outside of the main gate and send you the code of the safety box and detailed information how to find it, at the day of your check-in. In your check-in you will get 2 keys. One for the main entrance and the second for your room/apart. PLEASE LOCK THE SAFETY BOX AND DON'T FORGET TO LOCK THE MAIN GATE. Security of this place is our priority. It's possible pre-book early check-in with extra fee if you will need it (provide upon availability).
2. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Please, be on time, because maid service will need to clean apartment for the next guests.
3. Before every check-in we inspect apartments carefully. But, to not have any misunderstanding we ask our guests also to inspect the room for any damages or dysfunction or spoiled "soft goods" (textiles and home fabrics). pls inform us at your check-in day till 23:00. Make also pictures or videos if needs. in any case please inform us. After 23:00 if you didn't let us know it means that you take responsibility for all damages and dysfunctions.
4. WARNING! Please, do not throw any papers into WC. In Greece there are very small pipes and if the toilet will block because of papers it will be almost impossible to find the plumber during the summer to fix it and also when they will come they will charge too much.
5. Switch off electric devices and Aircon when you are not inside. According to philosophy of our place - we try to save environmental with not using electricity for non reason. Please, follow this philosophy with us.
6. If you stay in the apartment all day, please, don't use air conditioner 24 hours, it need rest at least 1 hour per 6 hours. We understand that the summertime is very hot period in Greece, but every electronic device need some rest. When you use aircon - close the windows and the door. If aircon will be broken - it will be almost impossible to find the technician during the summer to fix it and also will charge too much.
7. We kindly ask our guests to use the basin for washing small clothes like swimming suite. Washing clothes in to the sink is dangerous to break the sink with the pressure. Also you can use our laundry services.
8. Security is our priority. The main gate of the building must remain locked 24h. Please, keep it locked always.
9. Public trash bins located 50m far from the apartment.
10. We kindly ask to not leave any trash outside of the apartment because or insect will come or street cats will rip the plastic bags don't forget - here is natural area.
11. The apartment has its own dishes and cutlery.
12.  If happened that you spill something on the floor or on bed , please inform us . 
13. We provide towels , kindly note that they aren't for the beach, please don't take towels out of the apartment and any other objects as well. We will provide towels for the beach(in all include package only)
14. For better comfort and good feelings during the stay with us we provide high quality colored bedsheets. Please, be careful with any liquids on them. Any damage on bed clothes or towels, due to stains from tattoos, blood, food, make up, oil, sperm, etc. are not washable, in this case, please, replace spoiled bed clothes or towels with the same quality or better. Or if you believe that it's washable, please wash it and delivery at it at check-out clean.
15. In case that the mattress is spoiled then please, immediately inform us and try to clean it as soon as possible, because the mattress is very difficult to clean. Thank you for understanding.
16. We care about comfort of all our guests, so please, try to not make unnecessary noises, quite hours from 22:00-08:00.
17. Smoke allowed only in your private balcony, is not allowed to smoke in to the apartment or in any communal places. When you smoke at your balcony, please close the door and windows, so the smoke to not go inside.
18. It's not allowed to host in to the apartment other people or sublease it to other people, its only for the guest who made the reservation and for his/her companion and ONLY for them, If you will book for 2 people, please declare the second person by his/her name to us, at your reservation date. We will not allowed a not declare person to stay. Please send us a copy of his /her ID or passport in our email or via site
19. In case that you want to book it for other person first you must let us know and if we will agree then you can reserve. In case that other person will stay, without our permission, we will report you  and this person must leave the apartment immediately without refund.
20. Not allowed visitors , except register joiners. We allowed  pets (under notice), parties allowed(under notice), celebrations. For all our security.
21. Please, do not open the main gate for another people. For no one else, except you and your register companion.
22. We provide WiFi for free,(only at communal places , inside the room the strength is very low)  but it's not strong enough for professional works, do not upload or download movies and heavy data, because the speed will reduce.
23. To be able to find exactly our location if you will come by your own, follow the site instructions and also check our YouTube videos and our instructions and pictures. Try to find the key box locate in the wall. In case that you can not find the location, we are able to help you from 14:00-23:00. If you are sure that you will need our help after 23:00, please, let us know in advance.
24. Our parking for cars is 50 meter far from our building without extra fee (for all includes package guests) (please let us know in advance if you need) (Super market ENA area), unfortunately is not allowed to park near our gate or on the public road (please check our video about parking) because danger police can remove your car or big trucks can hit your car.
25. At special events we all follow the rules.
26. We are happy to answer in all your enquiries every day from 08:00- 14:00 and 17:00 - 22:00. In emergency questions we will help you 24h.
27. If your check out is from 8:00 till 10:00 we will come to the apartment to take the key and to thank you and to wish you safe journey back home. If it's earlier, you can use safety box to leave the key there.
28. Sexual activities in communal places are available upon notice.
29. We don't charge cleaning fee so, please, try to leave the apartment as clean as you found it. Apartment includes (broom - dustpan- mop-bucket ) you can use them for your needs (in case a glass will broke at night ) . If you will need maid service, we can arrange for you cleaning service with extra fee .(in all include pacakage includes)
30. In the apartment we provide clean bedclothes: bottom sheets, 1upper sheet/person, 1-2pillow/person, 1-2pillowcase/person; 2towel/person .
31. Accordion or curtain style door separate bathroom from the bedroom (in some rooms)
32. We apologize, but wheelchair guests inaccessible.
33. Leisure shallow pool works when outside temperature is above 30C .
34. Breakfast time is from 8:00-10:00 If you plan to go to the excursion, is possible to get your breakfast with you. In this case it will includes pie and drink (Mineral bottled water Or Carton Juice).
Dinner time from 19:00-21:00.
35. Shuttle to the beach is available every day around 10:00am - for exceptions pls discuss with us in advance.
36. If you know that your flight to Rhodes will be delay, pls let us know as soon as possible. Please let us know in advance.
